Refund Policy

Overview
Automation For Sellers – Your Brand Assistant LLC offers digital products (automation blueprints, templates, and workflows) and done-for-you (DFY) services (installation, shop launches, and listing bundles). Our refund policy differs by product type.
Digital Products
All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.
Because our digital products contain intellectual property (automation logic, workflow architecture, prompt engineering, and configuration blueprints) that is delivered immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds. Once you receive access to the materials, the intellectual property has been transferred.
This includes:
- Elistit and Elistit Lite (DIY versions)
- Production Modules (Wall Art Generator, Clip Art Generator, Poster Studio) in DIY format
- Any other digital product sold on our website
DFY Installation Services
DFY (Done-For-You) installation services, including Expert Installation, have conditional refund eligibility:
- Before work begins: Full refund available if requested before we start configuration
- Work in progress: Partial refund may be available, prorated based on work completed
- If we cannot complete the work: Full refund if we are unable to deliver the service due to technical limitations on our end
- After completion: Non-refundable once the installation is delivered and verified as working
Listing Bundle Services
Listing bundles are a DFY content creation service. Refund eligibility follows the same terms as DFY installation services:
- Refundable before work begins
- Non-refundable after listings have been created and delivered
Shop Launch Packages
Shop launch packages combine digital products with DFY services. Refund eligibility:
- Before work begins: Full refund minus any digital product components already delivered
- After work begins: Partial refund may be available for undelivered portions
- After completion: Non-refundable
Community Membership
Community membership is managed through Skool. Cancellation and refund policies for membership are governed by Skool's terms of service. You can cancel your membership at any time from within the Skool platform.
Disputes
If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Fungies, our Merchant of Record. Refunds, when approved, will be processed through Fungies and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
