What is the automation system?

It is a set of Make.com workflows that automate product creation, image optimization, SEO generation, and Etsy listing. Each module is a one-time purchase that runs on your own accounts. You own the logic, the templates, and the data.

Does it auto-publish listings to Etsy?

No. All listings are created as drafts. You review every title, tag, description, and image before publishing. This keeps you in compliance with Etsy's policies and ensures quality.

Is this allowed on Etsy?

Yes. The system generates drafts for human review. You review and publish manually. Etsy allows automation tools as long as listings are reviewed by a human before going live.

What accounts do I need?

At minimum: Make.com (automation platform), Google Workspace or Gmail (for Sheets and Drive), an Etsy seller account, and an OpenAI API key (for AI-powered SEO generation). Most sellers already have 3 of these 4.

Pricing

Are there any monthly fees?

No. Every automation system is a one-time purchase. The only recurring costs are your existing third-party services (Make.com, Google Workspace, OpenAI API) and the optional community membership.

What is the difference between DIY and Installed?

DIY gives you the complete automation blueprint with templates and video walkthrough to configure yourself. Installed means our team sets up, configures, and tests everything in your accounts. Same system, different setup experience.

Can I start small and add more later?

Absolutely. Start with Elistit Lite for $99 to automate SEO text, then upgrade to the full Elistit engine, add production modules, or get a complete shop launch. Each piece is independent and works on its own.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed through Fungies, our merchant of record. They accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

Technical

What happens if Etsy changes their API?

You own the automation logic. If Etsy changes their API, you can update the relevant Make.com module yourself or contact us for help. Community members get access to updates when we push fixes.

How does the AI-powered SEO work?

The system uses your OpenAI API key to generate titles, tags, descriptions, and alt text optimized for Etsy search. It analyzes your product type and niche to create relevant, keyword-rich content. You review and edit everything before publishing.

Can I customize the automation workflows?

Yes. Everything runs on Make.com, which has a visual workflow editor. You can modify prompts, add steps, change file naming conventions, or integrate additional tools. The system is designed to be extended.

What file formats are supported?

The production modules handle PNG, JPG, and PDF files. Output formats depend on the module: wall art exports multiple ratios, clip art creates bundled ZIPs, and poster studio prepares print-ready files for Printify.

How do I get help if I am stuck?

Community members have access to direct support, weekly office hours, and peer assistance. Non-members can email help@automationforsellers.com for technical questions.

Is there a refund policy?

Digital products are non-refundable due to immediate delivery of intellectual property. DFY installation services have conditional refunds if we are unable to complete the work. Full details on our refund policy page.

How long does installation take?

DIY setup typically takes 1-3 hours with the video walkthrough. Expert installation is completed within 72 hours of purchase. Shop launch packages follow their stated timelines.
